Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your credentials secure, use accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Credits and payments

Generations consume credits. New accounts start with a free credit allowance, and additional credits can be purchased through our payment links. Credits are for use inside Flowcraft, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a technical fault on our side prevented delivery — contact us and we will make it right.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowcraft to create or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence;
• is sexually explicit or depicts minors in any unsafe context;
• impersonates a real person or brand in a deceptive way;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights;
• attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or credit accounting.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Prompts may be screened by the underlying model providers, and some requests can be refused by their safety systems.

4. Your content and generated output

You keep ownership of the prompts and reference files you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to any reference material you supply. Subject to these terms, you may use the images and other output you generate in Flowcraft, including commercially. We store your projects, prompts, and generations so you can return to them, and we may process them as needed to operate the Service.

AI output is not unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users — so we cannot guarantee exclusivity in generated output.

5. Service availability

Flowcraft depends on third-party AI providers and hosting infrastructure. Features may change, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable or slower than usual. We provide the Service “as is” without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

6. Termination

You can stop using Flowcraft and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we are legally required to close. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed for a policy violation.
